ECU remapping, tuning and diagnostics.
Calibration work carried out on site across Sydney. Better driveability and economy, correct setup after component changes, and adaptation resets, with the emissions hardware left in place and working.
What remapping actually is
The engine is only as good as its calibration.
The ECU controls fuelling, timing, boost and torque delivery. Factory calibration is a compromise written for every market and every duty cycle, not for the work your truck does on a Sydney run.
Tuned properly for the load you carry and the roads you sit on, a lot of operators see better throttle response, smoother torque delivery and a real drop in fuel burn over a month.
Tuned badly, you get heat, soot and an expensive engine. We read the file, log the data, and change only what needs changing.

Where it helps
What we use the ECU for.
Fuelling and torque shaped around the load you actually carry.
Smoother delivery off the mark and less hunting on hills.
Correct calibration after a turbo, injector or DPF replacement.
Service, soot and ash values reset so the engine reads the truth.
Live data logging to find intermittent faults a code reader will not show.
PTO, idle, fan and body builder settings configured for the fit out.
How we work
Read, log, change, verify.
No file gets loaded without the original being saved first, so the truck can always go back to standard.
Health check first
A tune on a tired engine makes things worse. We check compression, boost, injectors and leaks before touching anything.
Original saved
The factory file is read and archived. You can be returned to standard at any time, which matters at trade in and warranty.
Calibrated and logged
Changes are made against logged data, not guesswork, and exhaust temperatures are watched the whole way.
Verified and reported
Road tested, codes rechecked, and a written report handed over with what was changed and why.
Straight answer
What we will not do.
We do not delete or disable emissions equipment, and we do not alter road speed limiters. Both are against the law on a road registered heavy vehicle in Australia and the penalties land on the operator, not just the workshop.
Plenty of places will offer it. What they will not tell you is what happens at the next inspection, at an insurance claim, or if the truck is pulled up on the road.
Everything we do keeps the truck compliant, and we will tell you honestly if what you are asking for is not something we can carry out.

Truck down? We answer the phone.

Tell us the make, the engine and the work it does. You will get an honest answer on whether tuning is worth it for that truck.
